HT’s I-V500W is a curve tracer which allows field detection of an I-V Curve of the main characteristic parameters (strings of modules and single module) for PV installations. The maximum of voltage and current are 1000V and 15A or 1500V and 10A.

In regards to measuring I-V Curve, the instrument manages an internal database of the modules (can be updated at any time). Afterwards, the comparison between the rated values and the measured data immediately let you evaluate if the module or the string satisfy the efficiency parameters announced by manufacturer or not.

Furthermore, using the radio frequency connection with the master unit and the optional remote unit SOLAR02 in the process of decentralizing measurement of temperature and irradiation; you may also measure the I-V Curve.
